Accordingly, the Draft Decree includes several notable highlights as follows:<br \/>1. The draft removes provisions on household business registration from Decree No. 01\/2021\/N\u0110-CP and elevates the current system of enterprise registration forms from Circular No. 01\/2021\/TT-BKH\u0110T into decree level to align with legal regulations on administrative authority and improve the overall legal framework for enterprise registration.<\/p><p>The draft adds provisions on the use of personal identification numbers during enterprise registration procedures.
