On July 8, 2024, the Prime Minister issued Decision No. 603/QD-TTg on the establishment of the Steering Committee for reviewing and resolving obstacles in the legal normative document system.

1. The establishment of the Steering Committee is as follows:

Head: Prime Minister Phạm Minh Chính.

Standing Deputy Head: Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Justice Lê Thành Long.

Deputy Heads:

• Mr. Trần Văn Sơn – Minister, Chairman of the Government Office.
• Mr. Nguyễn Chí Dũng – Minister of Planning and Investment.

Members include:

• Mr. Hồ Đức Phớc – Minister of Finance.
• Mr. Nguyễn Hồng Diên – Minister of Industry and Trade.
• Mr. Lê Minh Hoan – Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development.
• Mr. Nguyễn Thanh Nghị – Minister of Construction, among others.

2. The Standing Agency of the Steering Committee shall submit periodic reports every six months, annually, and irregularly at the request of the Prime Minister on the Committee’s activities. Before December 31 each year, the Standing Agency shall report the situation to the Ministry of Home Affairs and the Government Office for consolidation and submission to the Prime Minister.

The Decision takes effect from July 8, 2024.
